Online Support - Now via Powerlink

For several months, we have been communicating our plans to incorporate CustomerNet functionality into Powerlink. The system conversion to move CustomerNet users to Powerlink has now been completed. CustomerNet users can access Powerlink according to the access information outlined below. What is Powerlink?

Powerlink Access

Powerlink accounts have been automatically created for CustomerNet users that have accessed the system in the past 18 months. System generated emails were sent the week of October 9, 2006 to all users for whom we have created a Powerlink account. This email contains your login information. If you are unable to locate this email, you can attempt to login using the email address you have registered with EMC as your Powerlink ID and your CustomerNet password as your Powerlink password.
